How Does Housing Provider Governance Contribute to the Delivery of Wellbeing Outcomes? 

This project examines and describes the governance of public housing providers, setting out their various governance arrangements, collaborative relationships, and investment decision-making processes. We will analyse how these different governance structures enable and constrain each provider’s community and tenant wellbeing intentions, and aspects of wellbeing, drawing on the three wellbeing frameworks developed from Māori, Pasifika, and European world views.
