Dwelling External Appearance and Access
What a dwelling looks like, and how easy it is to access, can impact on how easily tenants feel like a dwelling is ‘home’. In this project we look the exterior design and appearance of public housing, and tenant surveys, to see how design, appearance, and ease of access impact different aspects and concepts of wellbeing for tenants, including Māori concepts of wellbeing.
