How do the governance arrangements of housing providers in New Zealand contribute to the delivery of wellbeing outcomes?
This project examines and describes the governance of public housing providers, setting out their various governance arrangements, collaborative relationships, and investment decision-making processes. We will analyse how these governance structures constrain and enable the community and tenant wellbeing intentions of each provider, as well as the components of wellbeing modelled through three well-being frameworks developed from Māori, Pacific, and European world views.
